Our Services
What We Offer
We are a supported living service providing 24-hour support to our service users to enhance their daily living activities. We provide a range of customisable services, developed by our senior staff to ensure your stay at Bamford Homes is enjoyable and beneficial. Regardless of the nature of your stay, we will empower and support you with all your needs.

We offer a range of services from respite to longer-term care and we cater to both private and social service funded service users.
Key Support Worker
Each service user is allocated their own key support worker to ensure their unique needs are identified and met. Service users will meet with their support worker regularly to ensure the wellbeing of the client and allows the service user to voice any concerns they may have. Key support workers will support you in creating SMART goals and helping you to accomplish them. We encourage our service users to get involved within the community by doing volunteer work or by taking a course to enhance their skills.
Medical Needs
Ensuring compliance with medication is one of the most important aspects of our role in Bamford Homes. We offer thorough, individualised support to all our service users regarding medication. Service users are booked in for routine health checks, with the support of staff with all medical appointments.
Attentive Staff
Our dedicated team is one of the most aspects of our service. Our staff are trained to be attentive to meet the needs of our service users. We place an emphasis on supporting each other at Bamford Homes. Staff work closely with all service users to identify the most effective way to offer individualised support. Bamford Homes is made up of a diverse mix of staff, meaning we are able to meet service user’s cultural needs. We have an on-call manager to ensure any situation is handled efficiently, regardless of the time.
Healthy Living
At Bamford Homes, we believe exercising regularly and maintaining a balanced diet is essential for our service user's overall well-being. We encourage service users to help staff with preparing nutritious meals using fresh ingredients. We also promote service users to engage in physical activity regularly as we believe in the positive effects it has on an individual's overall well-being.
Day Trips
Service users come together to vote on which day trips they would like to attend. This can be anything from lunches out, going shopping or a day trip to the beach.
